Spirit Island, Maligne Lake
World famous, this island has left its impression upon the spirit of many visitors to the Canadian Rockies - hence the name Spirit Island. Located at approximately the mid point of the lake, the narrows, the cruise boats dock here briefly to allow you to disembark and experience this sight for yourself.
